Mini Sessions (13 September)

I'm always trying out new ways to light my subjects. I came across a technique using a single light that does double duty as a key (main) light and a fill (lighten the shadows) light. Naturally, I want to test it out!

I’m running a headshot test session and for one day, opening a small number of slots to clients on my mailing list (and people they refer).

Normally my professional headshot sessions start at €370, but for this day I’m offering individual headshots for €30 (+tax).

How can I do that you ask?

It's simple: I don't go to you, you come to me, so I save on travel time, set-up time and adjusting for light conditions at multiple locations. And, once I'm set up, I can run through sessions fairly quickly, so the overall daily rate for my time is relatively unaffected.

What exactly is a headshot?

A headshot is a clean, professional photo that focuses primarily on your face and shoulders. It’s designed for places where people first encounter you professionally — LinkedIn, company websites, speaking profiles, press features, etc. 

A portrait session, on the other hand, is typically longer and more creative. It often includes multiple locations, different poses, wardrobe changes, and a broader storytelling approach. Headshots are simpler, faster, and designed specifically to present you clearly and professionally.

How the day will work

• Book a time slot on my booking page (link below)

• Pay the €30 (+tax) session fee when booking

• Have a quick conversation with me to clarify any questions or doubts

• Arrive 5–10 minutes early on the day

• We’ll shoot a few frames using the new lighting setup

• We’ll review the images together and choose your favorite(s)

• You will receive one A4 size print of your selected photograph(s), and a full resolution, edited and retouched digital jpg file

• Additional images can be purchased @ €30

Sessions are short and efficient, so please arrive on time to make sure everything runs smoothly.
